I am making a mid-life pivot to tech!
When I first discovered UX Design, it felt very familiar to me. Having spent most of my adult life working in a sales capacity in the field of interior Design, I have obsessed over clients and their needs/desires. I have experience at balancing demands from many stakeholders, (the end-user, the interior designer. the company’s bottom line, the installers, and the manufacturer, etc). I have collaborated with artists and designers to create custom solutions that will function in a space and delight.
But why you ask?
I loved the idea of a career where I can be both visually creative and also write. I enjoy researching and offering creative solutions.
